Effluent Disposal Arrrangement for Mohanpur Design and construction of 3.00 m diameter RCC collection well for required depth for storing the wastewater with proper arrangement for erection of non-clog submersible pump sets. The side wall shall be extended 1.50 m above the GL. Necessary girders with lifting arrangements are to be made to lift the pump set. Internal access ladders are to be provided including supply of all materials and labour complete. The cost includes soil testing for the assessment of soil bearing capacity and ground water table etc. The well shall be designed for the uplift pressure and external earth pressure as per IS 456. The cost includes earth work excavation in all type of soils, refilling sides, necessary barricading arrangement during construction, waterproof testing and removal of excess earth and disposing in a suitable location away from the site as per approved design, drawings and specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge (DBO Item)

The Work shall be designed as per CPHEEO manual and as per the SBM – Urban 2.0 guidelines and executed as per approved design, drawings and specification and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Sewage Treatment Plant with Co treatment of Septage by MBBR Technology for Mohanpur Design, Supply, delivery, laying, jointing, and testing of 200 mm dia HDPE PE100 (PN 6) pipe gravity sewer main with proper slope to achieve self-cleaning velocity with necessary bedding arrangements as per CPHEEO Sewerage manual, design and construction of Brick Manholes of required sizes (Internal sizes depends on the depth of Invert level at each location of Manhole) at an interval of 50 m for cleaning purpose up to the final Interception point including supply of all materials and labour complete as per approved design, drawings and specification. The cost includes earth work in all type of soils, refilling and compaction including road restoration to the original position and removal of surplus earth, necessary barricading arrangement during construction for safety and dewatering arrangement etc complete as the approved drawing and specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

The cost includes the earth work excavation, refilling charges and removal of surplus earth, necessary barricading arrangements during construction and dewatering arrangements etc complete as per approved design, drawings, and specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 250 mm diameter DI K9 pumping main with necessary accessories, valves, valve chambers from collection well to Inlet chamber of STP in mohanpur

Operation and Maintenance For Mohanpur : O & M Fee for 5 year Operation Service Period for cleaning and maintaining for new STP 1.30 MLD conforming to the relevant Service Levels including all necessary tasks, activities and obligations as necessary for operations, maintenance and management of waste water and sludge drying system and all related infrastructure comprising of Ramp, inlet Chamber, screen chamber, Grit Chamber, Primary settling tank, MBBR Reactor 2 Nos, Mechanical sludge dewatering unit with polymer dosing unit, Secondary settling tank, manure yard, repair, sludge collection management, all commercial services including collection of the ULB’s revenue, customer services including recording and redressing customer complaints, including all administrative tasks, management tasks and all services to be provided as a prudent etc., as well as cost of management, wages, incentives, operations, maintenance, spares, administration, equipment, transport, taxes and levies, including all necessary preventive and reactive maintenance of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation units, administration, transport, communications, management information systems, reporting, including cost of all wages, chemicals, electricity*, consumables, administration, transport, spares, insurance, taxes levies etc., complete but excluding statutory payments. *Electricity: Bidders shall note the arrangements for pricing and payment of electricity charges will be borne by ULB's.
