Operation and Maintenance O & M Fee for 5 year Operation Service Period for cleaning, operation and maintaining the all the components of new STP I& D work such as interception chambers, gravity mains, manholes, collection wells and erected submersibles pumpset, panel boards, cables, pumping mains etc conforming to the relevant Service Levels including all necessary tasks, activities and obligations as necessary for operations, maintenance and management of waste water and sludge drying system and all related infrastructure comprising of Septage collection tank, inlet Chamber, screen chamber, Grit Chamber, Primary settling tank, MBBR Reactor 1 &2 Nos, Mechanical sludge dewatering unit with polymer dosing unit, Secondary settling tank, chlorination arrangement, chlorine contact tank, Administrative building, lab equipment, manure yard, repair, sludge collection and disposal management, all commercial services including collection of the ULB’s revenue, customer services including recording and redressing customer complaints, including all administrative tasks, management tasks and all services to be provided as a prudent etc., as well as cost of management, wages, incentives, operations, maintenance, spares, administration, equipment, transport, taxes and levies, including all necessary preventive and reactive maintenance of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation units, administration, transport, communications, management information systems, reporting, including cost of all wages, chemicals, electricity*, consumables, administration, transport, spares, insurance, taxes levies etc., complete but excluding statutory payments.
*Electricity: Bidders shall note the arrangements for pricing and payment of electricity charges will be borne by ULB's.
The bidder shall separately provide the break-up of salaries and wages, consumables, electricity, preventive maintenance for civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, insurance and all other costs in a separate sheet for analysis by Employer.
