10.40 Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

10.38 Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (minimum 200 x 300) conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

18.1.1 Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : (i) White Vitreous china Orrisa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

13.9 Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

19.49.1 Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 (i) 15 mm nominal bore

19.53.1 Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931(i) 15 mm nominal bore

4.2.3 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls (any thick-ness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutmets, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring shuttering and finishing - (i) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12.2.2 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: (i) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

19.7.1 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall (i) 15 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

19.7.1 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall (ii) 19.7.3 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

14.2.2 Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- (i) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

9.24.1 Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : (i) 4.0 mm thick glass panes

13.30 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts ncluding finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-13.30.1 With cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ).

13.37 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

13.47 Painting on wood work with oil type wood preservative ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture on old work including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

12.26 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, havingVOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture,including applying additional coats wherever required,to achieve even shade and colour. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]12.26.2 Two Coats

8.18 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shuttersconforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, coreof block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneeringwith vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 8.18.1 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butthinges with necessary screws.

8.115 Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 8.115.1 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm ± 0.2 mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised /plastic brackets of size 75×220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. Thestyles of the shutter reinforced by inserying galvanisedMS tube of size 20×20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall hickness. The lock rail made up of "H" Section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100×24 mm and 2 mm ± 0.2 mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic /galvanised MS "U" cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontaly 6 mm galvanised MS rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction ofEngineer-In-Charge. (for W.C. and Bathroom door shutter).

8.114 Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm+/- 02mm. corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized MS tube of size 19 × 19 mm and 1 mm +/- 0.1 mm wall thickness and 3 nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 8.114.1 Extruded section Profile size 48x40 mm.

10.42 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 10.42.1 Soluble Salt Stainfree vitrified tiles 10.42.1.1 Size of tile 60x60 cm
