Providing and fixing of advance direction / way finding / reassurance sign board of size (1800 mm X 1500 mm) (Design Type – III) made out of Type - XI micro prismatic type retro reflective sheeting vide MoRD technical specification clause 1701.2.3 conforming to IRC 67 specification ASTMD 495609 standards base sheeting shall be of White color Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminum sheet with area exceeding 0.90 sqm fixed over back support frame of MS angle 35 mx 35 mm x 5 mm all round mounted on two 65 mm dia NB MS pipe (Medium quality) with clear height of 2.10 mtr from ground level to the bottom of the board as per approved drawing and MORD Technical specification clause 1701. The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint black & white color with bands of 30 cm height. The sign post shall be firmly fixed in to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade of concrete, size 450 x 450 x 600 mm including cost , conveyance of all materials , equipments , machinery and labour with all leads and lift loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the Engineer - in- charge . TTDCL logo / branding shall be done with digital painting signage with 10 years warranty, including 5 years maintenance services.
