(A) Compact Substation - 500kVA: Design, Manufacturer and Supply of 11/0.400kV Outdoor type Compact Sub-Station, equipped with 500KVA 11KV/433V, DYn11 Dry Type transformer, 3 Way 11kV Ring Main Unit consisting of 2 nos. 630A at 11kV load breaking switch with one no tee-off as SF6 insulated 400Amp. Vacuum Circuit Breaker & with 800Amps 400V 36KA 4P Fixed Manual Air Circuit Breaker with numerical overcurrent and earthfault protection as secondary side control as detailed below. The detail bill of material for each Compact Substation shall be as under (1)HT Switchgear: Three way 11KV Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit Compact switchgear consisting of 630 A two numbers fixed manual fault making / Load break Switches & one numbers Fixed manual SF6 insulated 200Amp. vacuum circuit breakers. Losses and Impedance as per IS-1180:2014 Energy Efficiency Level-02 (3) LV Switchgear : Incoming 800Amps 400V 36KA 4P Fixed Manual Air Circuit Breaker with numerical overcurrent and earthfault protection LV Switchgear : Outgoing Eight nos. Four Pole 100Amp, 400V MCCBs Including 3phase 4 wire energy meter (4)Enclosure: Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of Galvanized Sheet Steel. The degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment shall be IP54 & degree of protection of transformer compartment of the enclosure shall be minimum IP23. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with polyurethene paint / powder coated and tropicalized to Indian weather conditions. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door-operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. Structure of the substation shall be able to withstand the gross weight of all equipment. It should be possible to transport the equipment along with transformer, RMU & LT Panel from one site to another.

Distribution Transformer: Supply, Installation, Testing, & Commissioning of 315kV, 3 Phase, 11/0.433kV, 50Hz oil immersed hermitically sealed outdoor type Distribution Transformer DYN11, off-load tap changer of rating +5% to -5% @2.5%. Temp Rise - Oil/Winding 40/50 Deg cel. Losses and Impedance as per IS-1180:2014 Energy Efficiency Level-02, with all necessary fittings and accessories on existing structure complete as required.

Pipe Earthing :Supply & Erection of "KAPITRODE" centrifugally cast Iron Pipe earthing electrode 50mm dia, (NB 57ODx2.9mtr length, x3.5mmthickness, Wt-12Kg) with(HDG) clamp (32x6mm) and funnel perforated holes and taper end GI Nut & Bolts single long bolts for centre cut as per IS3043 with supply of ECC back fill compound(50kg),Earthing test link IP65 Polycarbonate GI Busbar(32x6mm with nut & bolts), GI HDG Strips with PVC HS Sleaves as required.

Earth Strip: Supply and Erection of GI Flat strip 50mm x 6 mm thick from earth electrode directly in ground and surface fixed with GI stapples of same size.

Open Trenches Method: Supply , Laying & Commissioning of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade, 400sqmm direct in ground including excavation of earth for cable trenches, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (Trench Size: Width-350mm, Hieght-1200mm Sand(couhioning): Hieght-250mm, Width-350mm/ Protection: Double layer Bricks) including coiling of excess cable at a depth of minimum 1200 with double layer bricks protection.

Cable Section Riser:Supply , Laying & Commissioning of one number 400sqmm, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of all size in the GI Pipe/HDPE for riser including tieup of Pipe with pole by the help MS Flat Clamp (excluding cost of Clamp and Nut&Bolts) and including coiling of excess cable at a depth of minimum 1200 with double layer bricks protection as per direction of Eng-In Charge.

Cable Termination _ Outdoor Type:Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable 3 core,400sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed:-All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete i) 300x16mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 150 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.
