Civil Work: Mobilization of all equipment and accessories personal etc. and cost of demobilization of the same after completion of work including cost of setting up camp sinking 1.50 mm dia bore hole through all types of soil (excluding boulder & rock) by shell and auers with full length flash joint casing (as per I.S.) conducting standard penetration test as per standards at an interval of 1.0 to 1.5m for logging purpose collection of undisturbed soil sample at an interval of 2.5 to 3.0m from cohesive and party cohesive deposit up to termination depth including shifting of equipment from one bore hole to other bore hole conducting routine laboury test like grain size LL, P, NMC, sp. Gravity Tri-axial / direct shear test consideration test chemical analysis on UDS & SPT soil samples as per standard specification preparation and submission of final report (6 copies) including suitable recommendation of safe bearing capacity for different type of foundation completes.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm. on plan or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm. on plan in/c. dressing of sites and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 m in/c. getting out the excavated soil.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors in/c. watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 river sand : 6 stone aggt. of 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering in. (a) Foundation and plinth.

Setting of stubs (set of four) including centering, levelling etc with the help of template as required for B - type (Angle tower)

Providing RCC work 1 : 2 : 4 including finishing & plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface including supply of cement, sand and stone aggt. 20 mm nominal size including centering, shuttering ,propping, dewatering etc. as required and excluding the cost of reinforcement but including removal of perform steel boxes and back filling of excavated earth, dressing, ramming etc. as required

12 mm cement plastering work 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 river sand ) including neat cement punning.

Erection: Super structure erection including fixing up Danger plate, Number plate, Phase plate, step bolt, Bird guard, Anti climbing devices including tack welding of bolt up to lower level of bottom cross arm to complete in all respect as required for all type of towers including extension portion.

Hoisting of insulators and stringing of ACSR "DOG" conductor of size 6/7/4.72 mm including laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping and jointing etc. per route KM in 3 (three) conductor and including fixing of vibration damper, armour rod etc. including clearing of jungles, bushes & trees (all girth) 12 mtr. on either sides from the end conductor as required.

Stringing of 7/3.15 mm galvanized stranded steel earth wire including laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping and jointing per KM of earth wire including connection of earth bonds 2 (two) nos. in angle location and 1 (one) no. in tangent locations.

Grounding of tower with perforated Hot dip G.I. pipe and 50 X 6 mm G.I. Flat including the cost of charcoal and salt per set as per specification.

Dismantling of ACSR "DOG" Conductor with all accessories from existing old tower & handing over to the Sr. Manager, 66 KV Badharghat Sub-station, Agartala.
