12.35 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :12.35.1) New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

10.41 Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. 0.41.1) Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles 10.41.1.1 ) 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs.

10.40 Providing and fixing 1st class quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in- charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. 10.40.1) 450 mm X 300 mm in all shades and design.

18.3 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I.brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :: 18.3.1 W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

18.7 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require : 18.7.1 White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps

19.13 Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. 19.13.1 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

19.10 Providing and fixing G.I. pipes of medim class as per IS : 1239 with latest amendment complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall.15 mm dia. nominal bore.

19.13 Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. 19.13.1 25 to 40 mm nominal bore .

18.35 Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes: 18.35.1 100 mm dia. 18.35.1.1 Sand cast iron S&S pipe as per IS: 1729.

18.84 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: 18.84.1 Coupler 110 mm

18.83 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 6 kg / cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: 18.83.1 Single socketed pipe - 110 mm OD

9.5 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:-9.5.1 Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

11.22 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) i 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11.22.1 0.40mm thickness

1.24 Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (frame work to be paid separately) 11.24.1 ) 12 mm thick natural colour insulating board
