11.22 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 11.22.4) 0.60mm thickness and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

11.4 Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11.4.2) 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

11.24 Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (frame work to be paid separately): 11.24.2) 12 mm thick White face insulating board.

8.4 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position . 8.4.3 ) Local Teak Wood.

6.2 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density (exterior grade ) particle board grade-I, type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge : 16.2.1) Prelaminated particle board of approved quality with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

10.42 Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 10.42.2 ) Double charged Stainfree vitrified tiles (Glossy). 10.42.2.1 Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm.

16.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineerincharge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :- 16.1.1 For fixed portion of approved quality:- 16.1.1.1 Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
