Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : i) Of sectional area 40 sq cm and below.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : i) Of area 3 sqm and below.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: i) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

ii)1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand :4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: ii) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with wooden plank

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- i) RCC work in beams, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases excluding precast spiral staircase. a) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, fine sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour, concrete and appropriate approved Super-Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument) i) 50mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 418 kg per cum

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing & applying superlatex (SBR based) or equivalent water proofing coating over RCC slab/brick wall with three components by mixing super latex or equivalent, water, cement @ 1:4:7 or as per manufacturer recommendation in/c cleaning the roof surface with weir brushing & with clean water before application & curing the chemical by sprinkling water for 3 to 5 days after application of water proofing compound complete as per direction of the E-in-C & technical instruction of the manufacturer.

Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/ mm2) i) 12 mm average thickness.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters. (i) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. i) Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19×19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall usuing MS screws of 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturers' specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 28 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71mm width & 28mm thick as vertical & horizontal styles. Joints are made using solvent adhesive and GI ‘C sections (39mm x 19mm x 0.6mm thick) or M S pipe (40mm x 20mm ) stiffener frame insert & telescopic polymeric ‘L’ corners .The panel shall be filled with 3mm thick high - pressure compact laminate as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Engineer-incharge, cover moulding shall be provided for covering fixing screws and elegant look.( for W.C. bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer­in­charge. Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it water tight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of aluminium composite panel material of approved thickness and specification.
