Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 MM

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineerincharge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :-

For fixed portion of approved quality:- Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating of 50 micron ).

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately ):- Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating of 50 micron ).

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of aluminium composite panel material of approved thickness and specification. The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete ,

as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places." Aluminium Composite Panels of 4mm total thickness with Top coil – 0.50mm AA3003 / AA3105 / AA5005 Grade , manufactured as per IS-737 1986, FR Grade Class A2+ with 3mm Aluminium Corrugated Core as per standard EN 13501-1, class A2, and Bottom coil – 0.50mm AA3003 / AA3105 / AA5005 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986 with minimum 25 microns lead free PVDF Coating conforming to AAMA2605 on top coil and Service coating on Back Coil (4 - 6 microns) having minimum panel weight of 4 Kg/m2

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- With float glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness ( weight not less than 13.75 kg / sqm )

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18mm and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bomboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboo wood in wall skirting with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1900mm length (minimum) and 85mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The skirting shall be fixed with SS screws & rawl plugs, over underlayment of 4mm thick, expanded poly ethylene foam sheets having 40kg/cum density over prepared surface. The bomboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood wall cladding at all height with planks of sizes 10mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 100 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), with necesasary profiled edges fixed with 40mm SS screws 5 nos in each tile to frame work made of local teak wood of size 20x15 mm in centre of each tile and bottom and top of work height, 40x15mm placed at ends of each tile. The cladding shall be laid over backlayment of 1.00 mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam of density 40kg/cum in two layers, first layer on wall surface before fixing wooden frame and second layer on frame under cladding. The bomboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Wall Cladding:-

Providing and fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood panelled or panelled and glazed shutter for door ,windows clerestory windows with pre - molded 30 mm thick planks in approved colours texture & finish .It shall have 10 mm wide 25 mm deep grove to fit in panels the bamboo wood shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg /cum minimum hardness 1000 Kgf .All styles and rails shall have profiled interlocking system locked in place by bamboo pins all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (the panelling will be paid for separately )

Providing and fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood panelling of 10 mm thick in 25 to 40 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutter for door ,windows clerestory windows in approved colours texture and finish . The bamboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg /cum minimum hardness 1000 Kgf . The panels shall have profiled interlocking system locked in place with bamboo pins all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured)

Providing and fixing in position 65 mm thick factory made door frame of phenol bonded Bamboowood (superior class interior use) in approved colours ,texture & finish .The bamboo wood shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg /cum , minimum hardness 1000 Kgf .The door frame shall have tenon & mortise interlocking system ,to be fixed to the wall with 100 mm size GI Screws all a complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 10mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling up to a height of 5 m above floor level over first class wood strips 25x6 mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to wooden frame etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (frame work to be paid separately) : Flat surfaces

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug 40mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required : Size 600x450x200mm

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing 600x120x5mm glass shelf with edges round of supported on anodised aluminium angle frame with C.P. brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed with 40 mm long screws, rawl plugs etc., complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 4 kg / cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: Single socketed pipe - 75 mm OD.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: Bend 87.5° 75mm.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC soil, waste & vent pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing with cement mortar 1 : 4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) making good the wall etc. complete. 75mm

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement ,trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
