Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand ).

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

12 mm cement plaster of mix: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 150 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]. Two coats

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]. On steel work

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
