20 mm thick Open - Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (Viscosity grade / modified bitumen) Binder Providing , laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base , including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 - 100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C or Type D as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - I : By Manual Means i) Bitumen of VG-30

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A or Type B or Type C or Type D as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 510 A) By Manual means Case - IV : Type D (premix with fine sand) (I) Bitumen of VG 30

Patch repairing/Maintenance of bituminous surface road using jhama brick aggregate & Viscosity Graded bitumen (VG-30) Repairing pot holes and making up small depressions with ramming or power rolling after removal/ disposal of disintegrated materials within a lead of 50m, cutting pot holes to regular shapes with vertical edges and levelling the bottom, cleaning the same with compressed air or any other appropriate method including screening, cleaning of aggregates; and filling with jhama chips using bitumen of VG-30 @ 54 kg per m3 of loose volume of jhama brick chips, after applying tack coat of bitumen on sides and bottom @ 0.75 kg/sqm and finishing the top of repaired surface levelled with adjoining area in proper grade and camber including spreading of sand @ 0.006 cum/ sqm of prepared road surface as per direction of the Engg-in-charge and all as per MoRD technical specification Clause 1900, 502, 503 and 504.

Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000 m as per MoRD technical specification Clause 1903.

Seal Coat on Old bituminous road surface Sand Seal coat on old bituminous road surface by applying Viscosity Graded (VG-30) bitumen @ 1.00 Kg per sqm using rubber brush after proper cleaning of the road surface and spreading of river sand @ 0.06 cum / 10 sqm complete as per specification and direction of the Engg-in-Charge.

A. Without dewatering. Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clause 305.1 in/c setting out construction of shoring & bracing removal setting out construction of shoring & bracing removal of stumps & other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50m dressing of sides & bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. I) Ordinary soil. upto 3.0 m depth.

Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing & MoRD technical specification clause 305.3.9, 1200. I) Sand filling.

Providing concrete for plain concrete(using jhama brick agg) in open foundation complete in/c form work as per drawing & MoRd technical speciification clause 802,803, 900,1202 and 1203 (in/c centering shutering staging etc but ex/c reinforcement .I0 PCC Grade M-10 (using jhama agg) (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 .

Brick masonaryin cement mortar in foundation completed ex/c pointing plastering as per drawing & MoRD technical spcification clause 600, 1202 & 1203. (II) Brick masonary in 1:4 cement mortar.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick on brick work in substructure as per drawing & MoRD tech specification clause 613.4 & 1204.

Construction of Emban kment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of emban kment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 10000 m as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Single bamboo palasiding / walling whole 2nd class bamboo(Jati or Betua) 65 to 75mm 2nd clas packed & driven @ 150mm c/c in/c fitting fixing with half bamboo kamis horizentally in three rows with cane or tying with wre completely and struts 1.50m apart longitudanally and providing bitumen drum sheet walling fixed with nails as per drawing MorRD tech specification clause 1302.5 i) Driven at least 900mm below ground level and 1200 mm above ground level
