Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with shuttering ply

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with shuttering ply

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:-

In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing, fabricating, transporting, assembling and erection in position of Steel members for steel colunms, built up beams using structural tubular sections (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. confirming to IS 4923 / IS 1161, Yield strength 310 MPa as per latest IS Code) to the required profile & shape as called for as per the drawing & specifications and of approved make including the shear connectors /studs and fusion weld to top of horizontal member. This item also includes prepration of shop drawings and their approval, necessary templates, adequate temporary supports, scaffolding & staging, all cutting, grinding, sliding & all labour tools, plants & equipments & operations etc. required to complete the job as per drawing & specification. Every precaution to be taken to prevent rusting of sections. This item also includes all test on materials & welded fabricated parts as per specification and direction of Engineer - in - Charge. Temporary bolts & nuts ( grade EN 8 ) to be used during assembling & shall be removed before site erection. All site erection bolts shall be HSFG type only. The item to include cost of sand blasting on materials, application of primer and epoxy paint in internal & external in fabrication shop & final painting on site including all touch up works after erection as per technical specification.

Scope of work includes: i) Design & fabrication of any additional temporary structure including all type of lifting brackets, supporting brackets ,which will be required for transportion & erection in position / launching of fabrication part or complete element in position. ii) Making provision & arrangement for required opening / inserts for fixing lights fixtures & funning cable conduits. iii) All incidentials labour, equipement & plants required to execute & complete the job from fabrication to erection at final position as per drawing, specification & direction of Engineer - in -Charge. iv) Cleaning & removing of all spoil, temporary arrangementa for casting of deck slab/roofing. v) All safety measures required to execute & complete the work. vi) Procurement of all materials from approved manufactures & fabrication. Complete methodology for structural steel work, Name of workshop for fabrication works, Testing facilities & erection procedures etc.to be intimated for approval of Engineer - in - Charge. vii) The provision of temporary bearing / sand jacks for supporting steel members during erection. viii) Provision of stability during erection against wind load or any other type of loading on structural steel members during erection. ix) Measurement shall be only for structural steel which is erected & is part of permanent structure & paid as per approved shop drawings. All wastages, temporary works, Jigs, temporary assembly bolts etc. are deemed to be included in rates. No allowence or increse in weight for welding , nuts & bolts etc will be applicable.

Providing testing & tigthtening of high strength friction grip bolts (HSFG bolts ) of class / grade EN 8 up to proof load as per IS 4000, including required threading, using automatic calibrated torque wrench at all locations & all heights and their compitable nuts & washers all complete required to execute the job. All HSFG bolts, nuts & washers confirming to IS 1367, IS 6610 & IS 4000 shall be used. The measurement shall be made for complete assembly of bolt, nut & compitable washers used in permanent works.

Providing and fixing Precast chequered cement concrete tiles 18 mm thick, laid in footpath & courtyard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing and cleaning etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In dark shade using ordinary cement

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/ c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes,finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification

8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process.

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer].

On steel work

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of aluminium composite panel material of approved thickness and specification. The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places." Aluminium Composite Panels of 3mm total thickness with Top coil – 0.25mm AA3003 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986, FR Grade Class B1 with 2.50mm Mineral Core with minimum 70-72% Inorganic content (Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide) 28-30% Organic content (LDPE) conforming to ASTM E-119-16,18 and EN 13501 - 1 class B1 and Bottom coil – 0.50mm AA3003 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986 with minimum 25 microns lead free PVDF Coating conforming to AAMA2605 on top coil and Service coating on Back Coil (4 - 6 microns) having minimum panel weight of 5.25 Kg/m2
