Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters.30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :100 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :100x10 mm

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sqm and below.

Demolishing reinforced cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars properly and disposal of unserviceable material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing chainlink fencing of G.I wire 8 SWG (4mm) dia of mesh size 75mmx75mm in iron post/G.I post/wooden post/concrete post, etc. with G.I. stapples or binding wire including 3 horizotal lines of G.I.wire 3mm dia complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge(cost of post, PCC,etc. shall be paid seperately if necessary)

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Centering Shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with timber planks

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:-In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Dismantling steel work in built up section in channels, angles, tees, flats including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturers' specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

30mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a UPVC profile section of size 30mm x 60mm and wall thickness 2mm ± 0.2mm with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails with plastic brackets of size 75×220 mm mitred and welded at the corners. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised MS tube of size 25×20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of "H" Section, a UPVC profile section of size 30×100 mm and 2 mm ± 0.2 mm wall thickness welded to the shutter style with a UPVC profile section single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness with 20 mm panel beading of suitable size/Glass (4 mm thick plain glass)/ louver section, louver frame of suitable size, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer- In-Charge. (for W.C. and Bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :300x16 mm

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. RCC works in suspended floors , roofs , having slope upto 15" landings , balconies , shelves and chajjas. 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position :Local Teak Wood

Applying priming coat With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles 600 mm x 600 mm in all shades and designs 1st class quality ceramic floor Porcelain tiles

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete . Fixed to steel windows by welding.
