Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and applying Acrylic Cementitious two component elastomeric waterproof coating (Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K or equivalent) in walls as per manufacturer's specification including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Charges of removing the damaged bitumen felt from the surface of roof followed by disposal of debris at a suitable location having a lead of 50m as per the direction and instruction of the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound, as directed by Engineer-inCharge and consisting of applying : (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and fine sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147 as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 3 mm thick

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes (working pressure 4 kg/cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Single socketed pipe - 75 mm OD
