Providing and laying MINERAL FINISH APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer)5 layered modified bitumen membrane with upper finish : mineral granules, underside finish : PE Film , 3 ( -0.2)/+( 0.3)mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished specially reinforced with non woven polyster and slate mineral finish consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 kg /sqm per coat by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C,1.00+0.05 kg/litre . Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Tensile strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 600/400 + 150 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/200 + 100 N . Softening point of membrane not less than 145 °C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D 5147 as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 3 mm thick

Providing and laying grading of roof for water proofing treatment complete as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge :(i) Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls (any thick-ness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutmets, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring shuttering and finishing -1:1:2 ( 1 Cement: 1 fine sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

12 mm cement plaster of mix : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work (two or more coats) @1.67 l per 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg /sqm including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade
