Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (minimum 200 x 300) conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m : -All kinds of soil

Installation of soakpit of 1200 mm dia and 1200 mm depth including earth cutting, honey comb brick work with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) and placing of precast RCC slab over the soakpit as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineerincharge. For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately ):- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight notless than 10.0 kg / sqm )

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:-In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

30mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a UPVC profile section of size 30mm x 60mm and wall thickness 2mm ± 0.2mm with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails with plastic brackets of size 75×220 mm mitred and welded at the corners. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised MS tube of size 25×20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of "H" Section, a UPVC profile section of size 30×100 mm and 2 mm ± 0.2 mm wall thickness welded to the shutter style with a UPVC profile section single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness with 20 mm panel beading of suitable size/Glass (4 mm thick plain glass)/ louver section, louver frame of suitable size, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (for W.C. and Bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm,made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19×19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall usuing MS screws of 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturers' specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of aluminium composite panel material of approved thickness and specification.
