Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and laying dry flat brick flooring in required pattern complete.

Providing and fixing precast chequered cement concrete tiles 18 mm thick, laid in footpath & courtyard, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry including rubbing and cleaning complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Supplying bamboo (1st class) 85 mm to 100 mm dia and making shoe with end tappered upto 300 mm from the bottom of the bamboo as per drawing and specification.

Providing and fitting, fixing bamboo (1st class) 85 mm to 100 mm dia for horizontal, diagonal bracing, strut etc. with nails/ spikes and binding wire (GI 2.0 mm) as per drawing and specification.

Providing and fixing bitumen or tar drum guard posts including two coats of white synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat in the exposed outside surface above Ground level and applying two coats of coal tar on the outside surface below ground level including bottom before placing the same for a depth of 450 mm below ground level filled with earth as per specification.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -All work upto plinth level:

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:- In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x 25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to window frames etc.

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate primingcoat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer].On steel work

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.50mm thickness.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in charge.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m :
