Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan " Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe,etc. complete including making good to floor (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M & L for mass concrete filling using PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2 in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for clearing of plastered roof surface& Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre & applying one coat of cold bitumenous primer @ 1.20kg per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986, and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymerie memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longtudinal direction) coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction ofroof& other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP nmodified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm all as speciied.

S&F in repair 15 mm Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm 125gms complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in 1st quality provided as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 base complete all as specified and directed.

Water Storage Tank 2000 Ltrs Capacity

(e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum 1200 W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor and free from any foreign and loose particles of any nature. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilization method by suing ultraviolet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of sterilization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall protable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria). (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor, Roof and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agernt Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69

Taking up or down, steel tubing 15mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 500 & n.exc 1000ltrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Salt- Glazed stoneware drain pipes 100mm bore laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified .

Taking down PVC soil pipe with fittings from wall, treches of any description including fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends in any types complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (Cylendrical ,vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 Ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring loints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed

Water Storage Tank 500 Ltrs Capacity

Supply and fix 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends in any types complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) Company will submit Govt Laboratory Test Certificate of Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69. (ii) Entire T&P should be arranged by Contractor and safety of workmen is also contractor's resposibility. (iii) Date of Cleaning should be mentioned over the outer surface by synthetic enamelled paint with letter not less than 100mm height. (iv) The Contractor will not be allowed to do the work more than One day inside of each Water Storage Tank to prevent any interruption of water supply to the users. (v) The Contractor will be responsible for any rectification of complaints occur during cleaning of tank. (vi) Contrator deemed to have visited the site/ for understanding the scope of work.(vii) The work shall be carried out by Specialized Agency as Ray clean tech or equivalent agencies as approved by AGE.

S&F in repairs ball valves of 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with empxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and as directed(Minimum weight 20 gms-210 gms)

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece single (singleT) equal or unequal with acess door complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm dia internal dia bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.

S&F 50mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or innfloors etc complete all as specified .

Dismantling of floor or hearth wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thich cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3%using extra cement and applying water proffing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modifed cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm, & the second layer slurry @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 µ polyflim with adhesive complete all as specified.

M&L 25 thick P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe all as specified .

Supply and fix 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends in any types with acess door complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 100mm thick concrete bed to drain pipe (150 mm bore) with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and haunching aginnst the sides of pipe after they are laid jointed and tested complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed and coloured ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick, finish as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over the surface of 10mm thick rendering CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC/ Lime concrete from sunken floor (ground or 1st floor) and removing and depositing materials exc 150 mtrs but n exc 250 mtrs away complete all as specified

S&F in repairs Stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/ 20mm 92gms) → complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for cleaning and degermination inside water storage tank in seven stages including cleaning and sterilization through bacteriological treatment by using Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G 65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 and Ultra violet ray for the following Water storage tank at any height (as per site requirement), including suitable staging/scaffolding. Seven stage are as under follows:- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G10//Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical / as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is Sterilization by using Terbac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound/ E-in-C's Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. Test certificate of chemical from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilization.

Supply and fix 20mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe all as specified .
