Construction of following Building as per the layout plan enclosed including supply, installation, testing, commissioning RCC foundation, Sub Structure, plinth, Plinth Protection, Roofing, super structure & other civil works, internal partitions, doors, windows, fitting & fixtures, painting, false ceiling, sanitary, plumbing, water supply and other facilities including Toilets as per the layout with all fitting and fixtures, wash basin, water closet, mirrors, urinals, WC, complete plumbing and sanitary work, flooring, wall tiling, false ceiling, painting etc. with structures complete and good for the habitat as per the design. & drawing approved by LPAI, Scope of work, indicative drawings and technical specification attached. Design , supply and installlation of E & M Components of BGF Agartala. i Transformer 315 KVA and DG set 380 KVA . sub station services and other external electrical services incliding HT Pannel ii. Area Lighting (Single arm pole) iii. Fire Fighting System iv. Internal Electrification works LT panels , sub panels and LT dstribution network v. Maintenance free earthing system vi. Miscellaneous equipment and systems a. Surveillance system (CCTV) b. PA system c. Telephone connectivity including EPABX d. LAN connectivity vii. Split Ac unit system viii. Any other works required to be executed in respect of making the Border Guarding Forces Accomodation , Agartala functional in all respect.

Design and Construction of all other site development components of BGF Agartala. i. Pavements – 60mm Pre-cast C.C. block Pavements over Earth work/GSB/WMM ii. Concrete road pavement over Earthwork/GSB/WMM iii. RCC Storm water drainage, open/covered drains and channelized nalla iv. Construction of Inspection chambers complete vi. Connection between new soilwaste line through chambers upto septic tanks and soakpit vii. Water supply distribution line complete in all respect. vii. Construction of Underground water tank 60000 ltr as per design specifications. viii. Construction 2 no.s septic tank and 2 no,s soakpit complete in all respects. ix . Boring for Bore well (200mm dia of casing ) and Providing , fixing , installation of tube well with a 7 .5 HP pump xii Any other works required to be executed in respect of making the Border Guarding Forces Accomodation , Agartala functional in all respect.

Note 1: All works to be carried out as per conceptual drawings/ design intent enclosed with tender documents with all materials, labour, T & P, machinery, equipment, consumables, deployment of suitable supervisory personnel, testing, etc. complete and completed based on approved architectural, structural drawings, specifications, design parameters and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from the concerned authorities. 2.
