Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer­in­charge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :-

A. For fixed portion of approved quality:- (i) Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating of 50 micron ).

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately ):- Powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating of 50 micron ).

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density (exterior grade ) particle board grade-I, type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge :-Prelaminated particle board of approved quality with decorative lamination on both side.

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminum doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :-(i) With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame and adjacent RCC/brick work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality etc. complete as per architectural drawing and direction of the Engineer-in charge:- (i) Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete.Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :300x16 mm

Providing and fixing nickel plated M.S. pipe curtain rods with nickel plated brackets: 25 mm dia (heavy type)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work ( two or more coats ), over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]

Supplying & installation of split type inverter air conditioner of different colour & design as desired and having energy rating as 5(five star) of approved brand like Hitachi/ Goodrej/Blue Star / Voltas etc. along with installation of indoor & outdoor with copper piping up to 3.00 mtr. & necessary wall clamp/ MS clamp in/c testing & commissioning of the same after necessary trial run etc. complete ( this excludes electrical wiring & earthing etc.) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing of split type high wall 2.00 TR (6000 Kcal/Hours) split AC machine with inverter compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigent(R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391(Part-II) specification (Evaporator and condenser must have copper pipes) suitable for operation on 230 V+/- 10% , not less than 5 (five) star rating (2019 standard), 50Hz, single phase AC supply capable of permorming a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air Circulation d) Filtering as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge.
