10.41 Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. 10.41.1 Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles 10.41.1.1 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs.

12.31 White washing with lime to give an even shade. 12.31.1 New work ( three or more coats ).

12.35 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.35.1 New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

12.41 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.41.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

12.39 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.39.1) New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

12.34 )Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer].

8.46) Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. 8.46.2) Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

16.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineerincharge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :- 16.1.1 )For fixed portion of approved quality:- 16.1.1.1) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

16.2 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density (exterior grade ) particle board grade-I, type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge :-6.2.2 )Prelaminated particle board of approved quality with decorative lamination on both side.

16.3 Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- 16.3.2 )With float glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness ( weight not less than 13.75 kg / sqm ).

17.31 Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 17.31.1) Bars upto 12 mm diameter.

4.17 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

17.6 Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge and consisting of applying : (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and fine sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

17.14 Grading roof for water proofing treatment complete as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with : 17.14.1 Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

18.2 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : 18.2.1 W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

18.4 Providing and Fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350mm and 340x410x265mm sizes respectively with automatic flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : 18.4.1) One urinal basin with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern.

18.7 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require : 18.7.1 White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps.

18.18 Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete. 18.18.1 10 litre capacity-White.

18.34 Providing and fixing toilet paper holder : 18.34.1) C.P. brass.
