Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :- For fixed portion of approved quality:- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame and adjacent RCC/brick work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality etc. complete as per architectural drawing and direction of the Engineer-in charge:- (i) Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. 1x2.10x1.20=2.52 sqm

Providing and fixing decorative plywood 4 mm thick one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1) for plain lining/cladding with necessary screws, priming coat on unexposed surface with: Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : 100 mm

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete..

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of A. C. machine(Godrej/Samsung/Blue Star/Haier/LG Make) split type 2 ton capacity alongwith accessories like industrial socket, electric wire etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 1x3=3 no.

Wiring for light/fan/exhaust fan/call bell point2x1.5 sq.mm 5/6 PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FR) in PV C casing and capping complete with wooden switch board with Bakelite cover and piano type switch including connection etc. as require:- (As per TSR 2021 PWD I.E Sl. Providing and fixing of 3 pin 5/6 amps plug point with piano type 5/6 amps switch and socket including connection with 2x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FR) on switch board, earthling the 3rd pin etc. as required:- (As per TSR 2021 PWD I.E Sl. No.103)

Wiring for circuit/sub-main wiring with the following sizes PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC casing capping etc. as required(As per TSR 2021 PWD I.E Sl. No.105)

Wiring for circuit/sub-main wiring with the following sizes PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC casing capping etc. as required(As per TSR 2021 PWD I.E Sl. No.105)

Supplying and fixing of the following sizes wooden switch boards with 3mm thick Bakelite cover etc. as required (As per TSR 2021 PWD I.E Sl. No.605)

Supplying installation of 10 KA breaking capacity, B/C curve MCB of following ratings in t he existing MCB DB including connection as required: (As per TSR 2021 PWD I.E Sl. No.1215)
