Additionally, the experience required for specific roles is as follows: 1. For Project Manager: 10 years of experience (and having experience of one similar nature of work) 2. For Project/Site Engineer: 5 or 10 years of experience respectively 3. For Planning/quality/billing Engineer: 2 or 5 years of experience respectively The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
