Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge (i) All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (i) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Unloading of DG set from truck and placing at required site with the help of crane etc as required ( as per direction of Engineer in Charge )

Placing of DG set at plateform with the help of crane etc as required ( as per direction of Engineer in Charge )

Supplying and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE 4 core 25 Sqmm Al Stranded Conductor, XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Innersheathed, Armoured Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE 4 core 25 Sqmm Al Stranded Conductor, XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Innersheathed, Armoured Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/open duct as required

SITC of water protected indoor type compartmentalized double door cubical panel of following sizes 400mm depth suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phases, 50 Hz made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with required hardware duly painted with powder coated. The panel having 200A/415V 4 strip aluminum bus bar duly PVC sleeved, separate detachable gland plate, angle iron base frame made out of 40mmx40mmx5mm angle iron of suitable size of the panel (minimum height 60cm), hinged door, with locking arrangement for inside/outside separately, earth bar/stud, i/c grouting the legs in 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation complete as required with following instruments mounted on it. Add 65% cost index on DSRC 21 civil items i.e items no 08 to 11= Rs 209983.33 .

Add GST @18% on DSR'22 instead of 12% ( Multiplication Factor = 0.0633 DSR (E&C)
