Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Lettering with white synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture

Removing enamel paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc. complete

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 10th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and four diagonals interwoven (two upto vertical portion of posts & two for slaunting portion of India & Bangladesh sides posts) and two diagonals interwoven intermediate posts with horizontal wires and making net by weaving vertically with barbed wire india side fence bottom seven rows (by providing 36 strands of 1.00 mtr length) as per direction of engineer incharge with barbed wire of size 2.5 mm x 2.00 mm (weight to be not less than 108 gms per metre length) confirming to IS code 278 -1978, including painting barbed wire with anticorrosive bitumastic paint by dipping (45 micron average thickness) between the two posts fitted and fixed to iron posts holes with split cotter pins 5x22 confirming to IS 459 steel/ G.I. staples/ turn buckles (weight of each turn buckle should not less than 1.20 Kg) etc. complete. Overlapping of barbed wire should be provided at ends of strands/ tightening bolts of minimum 0.60 mtr length, intermediate overlapping should not be permissible at any cost (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used in fence. (Barbed wire used for overlapping for tieing /tightening & net weaving should not be measured and no extra payment should be made for same).With G.I. barbed wire of size 2.5 mm x 2.00 mm (weight to be not less than 108 gms per metre) conforming to IS code 278 -1978.

Providing, laying & fixing of galvanized punched tape concertina coil completely painted with anticorrosive bitumastic paint by dipping, having galvanized spring core wire 2.5 mm dia, cold drwan steel, galvanized punched tape of low carbon steel having series of sharp barb uniformly punched along its length 550 nos. of barbs on periphery per revolution crimped on steel spring core wire, galvanized clips, G.I. steel wire handles hooked to coil for handling M.S. square bars, spike hooked with coil having pointed face for anchorage, 1050 mm dia of coil when closed of weight 15.20 kg each coil including spreading uniformly of each coil in 10 metres length, adequately tied to the existing G.I. barbed wire fencing with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge at every 1000mm spacing , tying of handles of succeeding coil with proceeding coil with GI wire not less than 16 gauge, proper anchoring of spikes at start and end of coil with CC block of size 200x200x200 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with provision of anchoring of concertina coil spike as per detailed specifications, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling punched tape concertina coil in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling welded spikes plates for replacement of barbed wire & re-assembling/ refixing the same with three nos 10 mm dia 50 mm long M.S. bolts, nuts & washers of thickness 1.25 mm in each flat complete. (Cost of nuts, bolts & washers to be paid separately). Payment to be made per piece of spikes plates fitted.

Deduct for handing over the old rusty used barbed wire to the contractor/ firm for further resale to kawadi or disposal at his end. Final bill will be processed only after cleaned off dirt, rubbish, & lifting off condemned stores etc. from site and no any loading, unloading, transportation or any other charges will be paid by the department.
