Providing repairs to CC road at pre weigh bin truck loading point at OC IV section of PKOC, Manuguru;Treating the pavement by the method of dewatering of surplus water from the concrete immediately after placing and vibrating to reduce the water cement ratio to an optimum level by means of suitable equipment such as vacuum pumps, surface vibrator, suction mat, filter pads, skin floater etc., to achieve high strength of concrete with size forms as MS channels etc., including cost, conveyance of all machinery to work site, Labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing repairs to CC road at pre weigh bin truck loading point at OC IV section of PKOC, Manuguru;Providing expansion joints 25x 75mm and filling it with Bitumen mixed with sand 1:1 (Excluding Cost of Bitumen) material required for RM: Bitumen-1KG, Sand-0.001Cum Note:- Required Bitumen will be issued Departmentally.

Providing repairs to CC road at pre weigh bin truck loading point at OC IV section of PKOC, Manuguru;Providing contraction sawn joints at every 4.50 m distance or as directed by Engineer In charge by grooving with mechanical saw, the width of 3 to 5mm and depths 1/3rd to 1/4th of thickness of concrete and operation should be carried out as soon as concrete is ready to accept the saw cut without trowelling including providing dowel bars of Required dia, length and spacing as per design and covered with thin plastic sheathing of 2/3 length. The joint shall be filled with polymer based fillers and sealants as shown in the drawing and including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, Labour charges, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (excluding the cost of dowel bars and their fabrication required which will be paid separately). Note: All relevant MORT and H / IRC codes to be followed.

Tie bars shall be coated with bitumen paint for 75mm on either side. The joints shall be filled with polymer based fillers and sealants including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, Labour charges, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (excluding the cost of Tie bars and their fabrication required which will be paid separately). Note: All relevant MORT and H / IRC codes to be followed.

Cement @ 400Kg/Cum of concrete is to be used. (CA : 0.90 Cum, FA:0.45Cum) Note:- In case of provision of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges for the same are to be paid separately.

Providing repairs to CC road at pre weigh bin truck loading point at OC IV section of PKOC, Manuguru;Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRTandH Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per Technical specification 401 of MORT and H and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Material required per Cum : 53mm to 9.5mm metal -0.448cum; 9.5mm to 2.36mm metal - 0.608cum; 2.36mm and below metal - 0.224Cum)

Providing repairs to CC road at pre weigh bin truck loading point at OC IV section of PKOC, Manuguru;Excavation for Road work in soil with Hydraulic Excavator 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers / pushing the earth to side of embankment (by trench cutting) including trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines and grades and cross sections as per technical specification 301 of MORT and H
