M and R works to A, B and C type quarters at Power House colony at RG I Area, GDK.;Supply and fixing of living room / hall cup board frames and shutters using 16mm thick prelaminated (Bison pre lam or equivalent) Cement bonded board as per the approved Drawing with the following components. 1). The frame is of size 100mm x 32mm with one 16mm thick plain strip and one 16mm thick pre laminated strip. Both strips joined by means of glue and screws. The frame is fixed to the wall by means of screws of size 100mm. Teak wood beading of 32mm x 6mm thick is to be fixed alround the frame work(Both sides). 2). The openable shutters are made of 16mm thick pre laminated board and 5mm thick plain glass. Teak wood beading of 16mm x 6mm thick is to be fixed on 4 sides of the shutters. Shutters are to be fixed to the frame by means of heavy duty MS Powder coated piano hinges. Decorative teak beading of approved design and of size 12mm is to be fixed to the face side of openable shutters as per approved drawing. 3). 5mm thick glass sliding shutters in middle top. 4). Sliding shutters are made of 10mm thick prelaminated Cement bonded boards. Shutters are to be fitted in the Aluminium track of size 32mm x 6mm by using nickle coated sliding rollers of suitable size. 5). The cost is inclusive of M.S. Powder coated Piano hinges (IS 3818), nickle coated sliding rollers, brass ball catches, Hasp and Staple 2Nos, handles (IS 208), etc., complete.
