REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED DOORS TO QUARTERS AT 8 INCLINE COLONY BHUPALPALLI FOR A PERIOD OF ONE;Painting to Wood work/ Plastered Surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grade II of Approved Make and shade including a base Coat of wood primer of Approved Make making 3 coats - To new work -all complete for finished item of work.

REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED DOORS TO QUARTERS AT 8 INCLINE COLONY BHUPALPALLI FOR A PERIOD OF ONE;Providing and fixing 30mm thick Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, and 15mm x 15mm for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC â??Câ?? channel of size 30 x 50mm forming stiles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the â??Câ?? Channel using PVC solvent adhesive. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturerâ??s specification and drawing for finished item of work including the Following MS Powder coated fittings complete.: Single Shutter as per Approved Make a) 1no.of 200mm long aldrop with 16mm dia shoot. b) 2 nos. 200 to 250mm mm long tower bolt with 10mm dia shoot. c) 2 no. 100 mm to 150 mm long grip handle.; d) 3 nos.150 mm long butt hinges.

The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm MS Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4Nos. of screws to be provided for Each vertical member and minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work as per Approved Make
