The frame is of size 100mm x 30mm with Teak wood. The frame is fixed to the wall by means of screws of size 100mm. 2). The openable shutters are made of 9 Ply - 12 mm thick Both sides Teak Veneered Decorative Plywood conforming to IS:1328 Shutters are to be fixed to the frame by means of heavy duty MS Powder coated piano hinges. 3). Sliding shutters are made of 5 Ply - 9 mm thick one side Teak Veneered Decorative Plywood conforming to IS:1328. Shutters are to be fitted in the Aluminium track of size 32mm x 6mm by using nickle coated sliding rollers of suitable size. 4). The cost is inclusive of M.S. Powder coated Piano hinges (IS 3818), nickle coated sliding rollers, Magnetic catches, Hasp and Staple 2 Nos, Aluminium anodised tower bolts (IS 204), handles (IS 208), etc., complete.
