Providing and Erection of Informational signage Boards;Providing, Fabrication & Erection of 2Piece Informational signage Boards of Natural Granite Stone material of size (top frame 4'0"x3'0" of thickness 4" with 2" alround border & bottom stand height 3'0" of thickness 1'0") with natural finish granite stone block other than black and regular colours (i.e. of shades like paradiso/bala flower/copper silk/laka red/lavender blue) and fix SS 304 grade sheet of thickness 18 gauge/1.0mm in glossy matt finish with proper anchoring on stone between the alround boarder of top frame with readable script as approved by Buddhist Consultant & Design Incharge of Buddhavanam. The Script/Description should be in readable view and the stroke/width of the letter will be of 1 inch (approximately) in English, Telugu & Hindi Languages by engraving the letters on CNC machine with customized boarder artwork design and providing deco metallic painting of weather proof to the engraving text on stainless steel sheet with mat finish buffing, drilling, grinding etc. complete. The jointing of top frame 4'0"x3'0" of thickness 4" & bottom stand height 3'0" of thickness 1'0" should be fixed tightly in the grooved part on back side of top frame 4'0"x3'0" and jointed neatly with white cement/MYK Laticrete mixed with pigment of matching shade properly etc. The 3'0" height bottom stand of thickness 1'0" should be errected into the ground with a foundation depth of minimum 1'6" and width 2'0"x2'0" with proper alignment and positioning. The excavated pit of size 2'0"x2'0" should be dressed, compact the soil and place the M7.5 grade concrete for base bed with 4" thickness and later place the 3'0" height bottom stand of thickness 1'0" into the pit and poured the M20 grade of concrete upto the ground level. Including cost and conveyance of all materials like granite stone, cement, sand, water, SS Plate etc., to work site and operational, incidental labour & lift charges, half rounding the edges of the granite stone (Top & Bottom), polishing charges, marking and including Loading, Unloading, Transportation to site, Power supply, shelter, food etc., and also including Translation charges for English, Telugu & Hindi, Overheads & Contractors profit but excluding GST, Labour Cess etc. for finished item of work. Providing and Erection of Informational signage Boards;Providing, Fabrication, Erection of inclinded Informational signage Block of two different size (LxWxH = 2'0"x2'0"x2'0") & (LxWxH = 2'0"x2'0"x4'0") in different sigments of Buddhavanam Project as per site condition. The inclined signage block is filled with concrete of M20 grade & closed with all the four sides by cladding the granite slab of thickness of 16-18mm of polished granite slabs set over base coat of CM(1:5) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., by proper inclined slope with 2" alround border with natural finish granite stone block other than black and regular colours (i.e. of shades like paradiso/bala flower/copper silk/laka red/lavender blue) and fix SS 304 grade sheet of thickness 18 gauge/1.0mm in glossy matt finish with proper anchoring on stone between the alround boarder of top frame with readable script as approved by Buddhist Consultant & Design Incharge of Buddhavanam.
