Painting with Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved make (ACE from Asian Paint) and colour to the Exterior Faces of walls as directed 2 coats by diluting 1 lit. of Emulsion Paint with a maximum 750 ml of water within an interval of not less than 6 hours, as per standard specification including cost and conveyance of all materials, brushes, labour charges, curing, scaffolding and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. Supply and Fixing Gyp Board Suspended regular single layer false ceiling (GS-MFSC-4.1 as per India Gypsum) using 12.50 mm thick Gyp Board conforming to IS 2095-1982 fixing to Gyp steel GI perimeter channels of size 20 x 27 x 30 mm (web) of 0.55 mm thick along the perimeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick work / partition at 610 mm c/c and suspending the frame work using Intermediate channels (45 x 15 x 15 x 0.90 mm) from soffit at 1220 mm c/c with ceiling angle (25 x 10 x 0.55 mm) fixed with GI Cleat and steel expansion fasteners & connecting clip to the ceiling channels (with knurled web of 51.50 x 26 x 10.50 x 0.55 mm) fixed in diection perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm c/c and fixing the 12.50 mm drywall scews at 230 mm c/c & jointing, fixing using joint compound and paper tape to have a flush look including filling the tappered & square edges with jointing compound, two coats of drywall topcoat complete for finished item of work as per India Gypsum Ltd., Specification.
