South Central Railway Tender

The bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering works, specifically similar works denoted as C-2. The bidder should provide a list of completed works in the last three financial years. For technical eligibility, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, similar requirements apply with the same percentages (30%, 40%, 60%) of the advertised value of each component of the tender. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for general requirements, but specific percentages are mentioned for technical eligibility criteria. The bidder should also submit a list of works on hand. The Experience Certificate should be issued by a government organization or a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. For tenders having advertised values more than Rs 20 crore, the tenderer will be qualified only if its available bid capacity is equal to or more than the total value of the present tender, and a CA certificate is required along with the tender. The bidder should submit an attested copy of the Experience Certificate for tender floated values above 50 lakhs.
