The required prior work experience for the bidder involves providing a list of completed works in the last three Financial Years, including details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed works with specific cost requirements relative to the advertised value of the tender. These requirements include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed works with values of 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder should also provide a list of works on hand, including the name of work, contract value, and bill amount paid so far.
