The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. The substantially completed work is defined as an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The required prior work experience can be proven through a work experience certificate issued by a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The bidder must submit an Experience Certificate and a list of completed works in the last three Financial Years, providing details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work.
