South Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain similar works within the last 7 years. The similar works should have a value of at least 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, or 40% for two similar works, or 60% for one similar work. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works with a value of at least 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender for three similar works, or 40% for two similar works, or 60% for one similar work. The substantially completed work means an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of advertised value of the tender for one similar work - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work. The bidder should submit a list of completed works in the last three Financial Years, and also an attested copy of Experience Certificate, and Annual Contractual Turnover Certificate as per the given conditions.
