The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Financial cum Fund Raising Experts: At least 10 years of experience, with at least 2 eligible assignments as a Financial Expert and experience in fund raising and financial management of road sector projects. * Land Monetization Expert: At least 10 years of experience, with experience in large-scale real estate projects, including handling large land monetization deals. * Urban & Regional Planner/ Node: At least 15 years of experience, with experience in economic development corridors or similar nature. * Development Expert: Experience in international economic corridor projects and domestic/international greenfield expressway projects is preferred. * IT/dashboarding Expert: At least 10 years of experience, with experience in monitoring IT implementation projects and MIS activities. * Team Leader cum Project planning and Management Expert: At least 15 years, with experience of working on large scale capital management projects. * Sr. Bridge Engineer/Structural Expert: At least 15 years, with experience of working on road and highways projects of 50 Km each for monitoring and supervision during construction and/or O&M period. * Sr. Highway Design cum Pavement Expert: At least 15 years, with experience of working on road and highways projects of 50 Km each for monitoring and supervision during construction and/or O&M period. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: * Achieved financial closure of a road sector project in India with a value of more than INR 1,000 Cr under a single engagement. * Project cost categorized into different ranges, with corresponding marks assigned: + Project cost between Rs. 5,000 Crore and Rs. 10,000 Crore: 3 marks + Project cost between Rs. 10,000 Crore and Rs. 15,000 Crore: 6 marks + Project cost more than Rs. 15,000 Crore: 10 marks * Consultancy fee categorized into different ranges, with corresponding marks assigned: + Consultancy fee less than Rs. 10 Crore: 1 mark + Consultancy fee between Rs. 10 Crore and Rs. 20 Crore: 2 marks * Minimum value of debt financing/arrangement for a single transaction: Rs. 2500 Crore * Minimum value of each transaction for transport infrastructure/infrastructure finance sector assignments: Rs. 2500 Crore * Road and highways projects of 50 Km each * Large scale capital management projects * Fund raising and financial management of road sector projects * Large scale real estate projects * Economic development corridors or similar nature No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
