The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be either of the following: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is ₹1,16,00,615.20, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is ₹1,45,00,769.00, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is ₹2,32,01,230.4. The similar works are defined as drilling work in all types of soil/weathered rock/hard rock, including conducting in-situ tests. For start-ups, the value of completed or substantially completed non-consultancy works can be reduced up to 20%. Substantial completion of an assignment means that at least 80% payment of the present value of the assignment has been received. Additionally, the bidder is required to have similar experience of at least 80 percent completed service contracts of a nature and complexity equivalent to the Services over the last 7 years.
