The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be either of the following: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., ₹99,98,080.00; - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, i.e., ₹1,24,97,600.00; - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, i.e., ₹1,99,96,160.00. Similar works are defined as drilling work in all types of soil/weathered rock/hard rock, including conducting in-situ tests. For start-ups, the value of completed or substantially completed non-consultancy works can be reduced up to 20%. Substantial completion is defined as receiving at least 80% payment of the present value of the assignment. The bidder is required to have similar experience of at least 80 percent completed service contracts of a nature and complexity equivalent to the Services over the last 7 years. The bidder needs to provide information on the number of service contracts completed. Additionally, for Key Personnel, the bidder is required to provide information on the person's work experience in a similar position in similar projects. The bidder is required to provide CVs for the Key Personnel, which includes summarizing professional experience over the last 10 years, indicating technical and managerial experience relevant to the project. The bidder should mention the value of all pending litigation as a percentage of the Bidder's net worth.
