The bidder should have executed civil works during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25, satisfactorily completed as a PRIME CONTRACTOR, similar works i.e. Road works of value not less than Rs.0.00 Lakhs. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to current price level. The bidder should have experience in similar works, specifically in road works, and should have completed works with a value that allows them to meet the bid capacity. For tenders which are less by more than 15% of the estimated Contract Value of work, the difference between the tendered amount and 85% of the estimated contract value, shall be paid by the successful Bidder. Bidders up to 15% less than the estimated contract value of work require no additional security deposit. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, similar nature of Road works of value not less than Rs. 0.00/- in any one financial year during the last five financial years. The bidder's bid capacity computed by the formula (2 AN – B) should be greater than the ECV of Rs. 2,73,17,825.00. The bidder needs to provide details of physical quantities executed during the last five financial years, along with supporting certificates, and experience certificates of civil engineering works completed. The estimated cost of the current project is Rs. 358.00 Lakhs. Bidders quoted above estimated contract value shall be rejected, and in case of non-responsive bids, tenders up to 5% Excess over the estimated contract value will be considered.
