The bidder should have executed civil works during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a Prime Contractor, similar works of value not less than a certain amount in any one year. However, the exact amount is not specified. The bidder should have also executed a minimum physical quantity in any one financial year during the last five financial years, although the exact quantity is not specified. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate the availability of key and critical equipment for this work, with the cost of equipment to be procured matched with the Mobilization Advance to be given towards machinery, in respect of works costing more than Rs.600.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than Rs 159.07 Lakhs. The available bid capacity should be more than the estimated contract value for the bidder to be qualified for opening of the Price bid, and it is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last five financial years, and the updated value of all existing commitments.
