The bidder should have executed civil works during the last five financial years from 2019-20 to 2023-24. They should have satisfactorily completed similar works, i.e., Road works, as a Prime Contractor, with a value not less than a specified amount in any one year at the current price level. The cost of completed works of previous years is updated to the current price level with a weightage of 10% per year. The bidder should have executed a minimum physical quantity in any one financial year during the last five financial years, but the specific quantity is not mentioned. They should also have availability of liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than Rs.139.21 Lakhs. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last five financial years, updated to the current price level. The available bid capacity should be more than the estimated contract value for the bidder to be qualified for opening the Price Bid, which is Rs.5,56,85,695.00. In case of non-responsive bids in the first call, tenders up to 5% excess over the estimated contract value will be considered in subsequent calls. For tenders that are less than the estimated contract value by more than 15%, the difference between the tendered amount and 85% of the estimated contract value shall be paid by the successful bidder as an additional security deposit.
