Design, Supply, erection, Testing and commissioning of passenger Machine room less lifts of capacity 844Kgs (13 persons) for G+6 storeyed building with the following specifications: Location of lifts: Inside the building i) Speed : 1.0 MPS ii) Floors : 7 floors (GF+FF+SF+TF+FF+FF+SF) iii) Travel: 21 mtrs (approx). iv) Stops & Openings 7 Stops & 7 Openings. v) Controller : Micro processor Based VVVF. vi) Automatic rescue device complete with dry maintenance free batteries as required. vii) Control system : Microprocessor Based Automatic push button/Simplex Selective Collective/duplex collective Control With / Without Attendent viii) Power:- 415V, 3-Phase, 50Hz, 4 wires system. ix) Machine:- PMSM Gearless machine. x) Cabin and Door Material:- a) Car : Stainless Steel Honeycomb Hair line finsih scratch proof. b) Landing doors/frame/finish : Two Panel power Operated Centre opening Horizontal Power sliding Stainless Steel - Honeycomb-Hairline finish Scratch proof -Aluminum Door sills. c) Type of Door Drive : Linear Door Drive System. d) Cabin Amitites:- Ventliation fans-Led Lights-Landing operating panel along the Back lit LOP Buttons-Orange Square Dot Matrix Scrolling Vertical Dispaly-SS Round Handrail for 3 sides-Mirror On back side-Floor Annunciator-Granite Flooring-Indications of lift capacity and Do and Dont's-Emergency Light and ARD Annocument. xi) LOP:- Landing Display in the wall along with floor indication of cabin-Stainless steel-Hairline Finish-Back lit LOP Buttons both up and down- GONG-For all the floors. xii) Safety features:-One Fire man's switch per group of Lifts at Ground floor level. All Lifts to have fireman mode-inside cabin CCTV Camera along with Mointoring set up, 3 way intercom press and speak phone, Over speed Governor, Over load protection and indication, Infra Red Door Screen for the Door sensor, Emergency bell alarm. xiii) All Necessary Civil items and Electrical items like Scaffloding, White wash, alternate the shaft accord to the Lift design, Granite, Bulkheads, electrical Wiring, earth pits, and connections, and necessary works which is required for the work. Note: There is a M/s Johnson make lift already installed in the building. The bidder is required to first dismantle the existing lift and thereafter install new supplied lift. The old lift will be the property of the bidder. Bidders are therefore suggested to quote the rate accordingly. However nothing shall extra be payable on the account of Dismantling of Old existing Lift, Necessary of the Civil items, Electrical Works and other works as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. Warranty:- One Year full covered warranty along with monthly serciving.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade, 8mm thick (mirror polished and machine cut edge), Granite stone of any colour and shade, as required
