Laying of Pipe line from Food Part JN to Food park Sump to Provide water supply connection to Mega F;Manufacture, Supply,delivery,laying and Jointing of Single Chamber 50mm DI Air Valve with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade SG 400/12 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions on pipe line including supply of Air valve, PN-16 Grade and with 50mm isolated DI Sluice Valve of PN-16, DI Specials to suit the pressure class of pipe, On 180 mm DiaHDPE pipe line DI Valve DI Air valve of PN 1.6 rated with body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S 3896-Part2-1985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and out side colour blue, drilled as per IS:1538, with supply and delivery, laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of of PN 1.6 grade with body bonnet of Ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per IS.3896-Part2-1985 and sub sequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538, including transportation charges 5%, Ait tee DI,0.6m D/f DI pies 2No.s, 50mm DI pipe 3m long D/f, HDPE tail pieces 2No.s MS flanges 2 no.s, jointing material such as bolts nuts rubber washers for Air valve and isolated gate valve and extra stem pipe fixing , labor charges for lowering DI pipes and tees and for fixing of air valve wih isolating sluice valve and keeping in position including cost of transportation.

Laying of Pipe line from Food Part JN to Food park Sump to Provide water supply connection to Mega F;Construction of pipe line including manufacture, supply and delivery of HDPE pipe line per IS:4984/1988 with its amendments and revisions and as shown in the drawing (Part C of Vol - I) and technical specifications(Part B of Vol - I) including supply of pipes, trench excavation by machinery and preparing the bed surface to the gradient by manual for pipe lines in all soils except rock, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes, Specials,valves true to alignment and gradient, asper approved LS drawing, refilling trenches with excavated earth except rock requiring blasting (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified. The rates are inclusive of Cost of pipes, specials, Lowering , laying and testing and ,labour charges for finished pipeline work but excluding CED and other taxes,cost of vales, Anchor/thrust blocks. And Execution as per approved designs and LS drawings to suit the feild requirement complete and surge..180 mm dia 10 kg/sqcm
