Providing bulk water supply to Karimnagar Milk Dairy;Supply, installation and field testing of Horizontal Woltman type hermetically sealed type water meters with IP 68 protection (PN-10/ PN-16). The meters shall be manufactured as per ISO 4064 -1:1993 with MID marking. The meter must have passed life cycle/Endurance test from FCRI.The module should be battery operated by inbuilt. The data logger shall be capable of transmitting data on daily bases to central server through GSM/GPRS. The AMR data hourly shall be collected by MIU andstored. The MIU shall be connected to Data logger. The datalogger should have inbuilt battery.The AMR meter should becapable of providing data like reverse flow, tampering, dailyflow rate distribution. The System shall send alerts for blockedmeter, flow rate above limit, pressure below or above limits,back flow detection. The meters shall be installed with CIstrainers. The AMR meter and battery shall carry warranty ofatleast 5 years from the date of delivery/date of installationwhich ever is earlier.The data shall be accessable on web serveras required by the Client. Providing bulk water supply to Karimnagar Milk Dairy;Manufacture, Supply and delivery of DI D/F Sluice Valves of PN-16 (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Scour valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/ SG 400/12 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per IS:1538. (above 400 By-pass &gear) with construction of valve chamber, DI Specials to suit the pressure class of main line etc.complete. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue.
