The important information given under the technical capacity header which is specifically related to prior work experience includes: * The Bidder should furnish the details of Eligible Experience for the last 5 financial years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date. * Experience for any activity relating to an Eligible Project shall not be claimed by two or more Members of the Joint Venture. * Double counting for a particular Eligible Project shall not be permitted in any form. * The Technical capacity in respect of an Eligible Project situated in a developed country which is a member of OECD shall be further multiplied by a factor of 0.5 (zero point five). * For requirement of 2.2.2.2 (ii) & (iii), one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost should have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 individually by any of the JV members as a single work, with a value of Rs. 0.70 Crores. * The experience for each category would be computed as per weight of following factors to arrive at its aggregated Eligible Experience: - Category 1: Project in highways sector (factor: 1) - Category 2: Project in core sector (factor: 0.75) - Category 3: Construction in highways sector (factor: 1) - Category 4: Construction in core sector (factor: 0.75) * The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the amount specified as the Estimated Project Cost. * The entity claiming experience shall, during the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, have itself undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. * For Categories 3 and 4, the Bidder should have received payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, fully or partially, or work executed and certified by the Engineer-in-charge/Independent Engineer/Authority’s Engineer during the 5 financial years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date, with a minimum amount of Rs. 0.1741 Crores (Rupees seventeen Lakhs forty one thousand only). * The Experience Score for an Eligible Project situated in an OECD country shall be further multiplied by 0.5. * The Bidder shall quote experience in respect of a particular Eligible Project under any one category only, and double counting for a particular Eligible Project shall not be permitted in any form. * The bidder should provide a certificate from its Statutory Auditor/client/Engineer-in charge/Independent Engineer/Authority’s Engineer in the format provided. * The certificate should mention the total estimated capital cost of the project, the amount received or executed by the bidder, and the year-wise details for the past five financial years. * The bidder should have executed similar work, with a mention of the category of road (NH/SH/MDR/ODR) and the scheme under which the works are executed. * The bidder should provide experience certificates issued by Government Authority in support of completion of one similar work. * The bidder should furnish the Authority approval letters for any sub-contracts received. * The payments indicated in the certificate should be restricted to the share of the Applicant in the partnership/joint venture, with a mention of the percentage share. * The bidder should have a share of ____ in the Joint Venture/Consortium. * The certificate should be signed by the authorized signatory and dated. * The bidder should mention the nature of the project, the date of commencement, and the date of commissioning. * The bidder should provide proof of documents issued by the Authority in support of the category and scheme for all the projects shown under eligible projects. * The bidder should specify the category of road and the scheme under which the works are executed for the projects on MDRs. * The bidder should mention the scheme under which the works are executed, such as CRF, ISC/EI, SARDP, LWE, Sanctioned from MoRT&H, or Loan Assistance from Multilateral agencies or state government funds or BOT basis, etc. * The bidder shall have completed at least one similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover/Tunnel in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. * For longest span of Bridge/ROB/flyover less than or equal to 60m, no additional qualification is required. * When longest span is more than 60m: 50% of the longest span or 100m, whichever is less, of the structure proposed in this project. * For Tunnel length less than or equal to 200m, no additional qualification is required. * When length of tunnel is more than 200m: 50% of the cross-sectional area of proposed tunnel or two-lane highway tunnel cross-sectional area, whichever is less, and 20% length of the tunnel to be constructed in this project or 2 Km, whichever is less. * The bidder shall mandatorilySimilar work or eligible projects mentioned in the technical capacity experience include: - Projects in highways sector with an estimated capital cost exceeding the specified amount. - Projects in core sector with an estimated capital cost exceeding the specified amount. - Construction in highways sector where payments received exceed the specified amount. - Construction in core sector where payments received exceed the specified amount. - Widening / reconstruction / up-gradation works on NH / SH/Expressway or on any category of road taken up under CRF, ISC/ EI, SARDP, LWE - Widening/ re-construction/up-gradation works on MDRs with loan assistance from multilateral agencies or on BOT basis - Widening/ reconstruction / up-gradation work of roads in Municipal corporation limits, construction of Bypasses - Construction of stand- alone bridges, ROBs, tunnels - Construction/reconstruction of linear projects like airport runways, railways (construction/reconstruction of railway tracks, yards for keeping containers etc.) metro rail and ports (including construction/re-construction of Jetties) Values and percentages mentioned: - 20% of Estimated Project Cost for similar work in Category 1 and/or Category 3. - Rs. 0.70 Crores (Rupees Seventy Lakhs only) - 20% of the estimated project cost - 50% of the longest span or 100m, whichever is less, of the structure proposed in this project - 50% of the cross sectional area of proposed tunnel or two lane highway tunnel cross sectional area, whichever is less and 20% length of the tunnel to be constructed in this project or 2 Km, whichever is less. - At least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost - 90% of the value of work has been completed - 5% of the amount specified as the Estimated Project Cost for capital cost of the project to qualify as an Eligible Project under Categories 1 and 2.
