Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thicknes with Job mix formula using paving bitumen (VG-30) with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete to be uniform surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or MS works of any description such as ,chajja etc, including necessary straightening of bends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality A and complete all as specifed and directed. .

Supply and fix rolled mild steel sections of Fe 410-W (GDE E-250) QUALITY “A” frame work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corugated in sheets/plain sheet fibre sheet in roof covering complete all as specified.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping (SD) screws complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) including priming with red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F E Grid suspended false ceiling grid system of size 600 x 600mm with main runner 39x29.7x0.60mm cross tee 29x24.7x0.60mm and wall angle 22.2x22.2x0.50mm ceiling suspended with 2 to 2.5 mm dia GI wire hanger fixed to purlin / truss etc complete (Main runner, cross tee, wall angle of MS galvanised with PPCGS) over the grid providing 4mm thick HPSC pre primed self designer texture non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to frames etc complete all as specified and and as directed

S&F for wire netting galvanised steel wire .91 mm dia fxed with tinned tack of wire staples of 20mm size of mess all as specified and directed

M&L chequered cement concrete tile 20CM x 20CM x 19 to 20 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes. Conforming to IS. (Tiles shall not be add at site. Items shall be got tested at NTH at contractors cost)

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light//tube/power/l etc on batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring of any length complete with stranded copper conductor cables in non-metallic PVC conduit 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to 1100 V grade FRLSH conforming to IS - 694 multistranded drawn including conduit with new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes suitable for MODULAR switches including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement covered with suitable modular white cover plate for suitable size for mounting of MODULAR switches, regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with one run of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to 1100 V grade FRLSH conforming to IS - 694 multistranded copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board .

One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

Description as per item No. 20 here in before but using 2.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH copper conductor cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade for 3 Pin 15 Amps switch socket combination point on independent board including running of 2.5 Sq mm FRLSH copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor.

Supply and fix MODULAR switch 1 way 6 A, 1 Module capacity 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MODULAR socket 5 pin 6 amps 2 MODULE, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MODULAR socket 6 pin 6/16 amps 2 MODULE, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Switch MODULAR 1 WAY 16 amps, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted LED batten with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver 1 x 20w, 230 volts, bipin holders, DIFFUSED TYPE connector block internally prewired etc with 2 Nos PVC round blocks for mounting arrangements including all accessories with new 3 core multi stranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting and including LED Tube 20W complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement recess mounting with perforated sheet with electronic driver luminaire 36 watts LED slim panel (2'x2') with central opal diffuser series mounted in grid ceiling surfaces including all accessories with new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED Light fitting 1x35 Watt complete with Bracket made out GI pipe med grade 25mm of L Shape 1.5 Mtr long incl clamps and nuts botls etc , all as specified and as directed.

S & F ceiling rose three terminal surface bakelite type AC 50 Hz 230 volts of size 65 x 50 mm complete all as specified.

S & F sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnetic locking system complete all as specified .

S & F sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 12 way with 200 amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnetic locking system complete all as specified .

S & F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts for fixing on MCB DB's all as specified.

S & F MCB SPN 32-40 Amps 240 volts for fixing on MCB DB's all as specified.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, the top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers made out of GI / steel earth wire protected by GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore, 20mm dia light grade galvanised iron pipe with funnel wire mesh for watering and connecting to main switch board / control board all s shown in electrical plate of SSR Pt - I connected to earthing test point and including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20 mm graded aggregate in pit, 50 mm thick reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate cover duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, galvanised iron funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, complete.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC multistranded stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 4 square mm and drawing through PVC casing and caping of 20mm dia with accessories on surface in wall/roof along with one run of 4 square mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to earth and earth dolly, connecting to main board including removing the existing wiring and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of 4 Square mm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as 1 unit of running metre.

M & L for cutting chases, pining to making good to facing where ever required and pointing in cement motor 1:3 to ends or edges of endings, steps, cills etc and cutting chases for concealed wiring making good and cutting not exceeding10 cm grith complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable of size 10 sqmm PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspen ded by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed.
