Supply and fix water cooler electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 liter and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Liters per hour all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade multistranded with copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked 25 mm dia including conduit accessories concealed/surface type on walls, roof, floors etc including one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC copper conductor as earth continuity wire including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring including conduit all as specified and directed. Note : 2 Runs of 2.5 sqmm cable 1 run of 2.5 sqmm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for the purpose of payment.

S&F modular switch one way 16 amps 1 module,230V,50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing and placing on terrace (at any floor levels) food grade polyethylene water storage tank triple layerd ,IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangements and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and base support for tank. (Each tank 500 Liter capacity=56 Nos) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge

Providing & fixing ball valve 20mm (brass) of approved quality high or low pressure with plastic floats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge. Make:- BIR/ LEADER/ PRAYAG/ ZOLOTO

Supply and install inverter type hi wall split AC units indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, rotary type and with in built air ionizer and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 TR ,stabilizer free operation with and including MS wall mounted bracket, copper pipe of 6 RM ,PVC drain pipe of 6 RM & connecting cable 6RM including installation all as specified and required at site requirement. Make :- Lloyd 1.5 Ton 5 star inverter GLS18I5FWGEV or equivalent in Voltage/LG/Samsung/Blue Star Note : Rate included to be fixing of AC's at any floor level, old AC's to be deposited MES store yard.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth 4mm , GI earth wire shall be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate up to a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit up to GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 mix with 8mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 75mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthling test point, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for look[ earthing etc as required GI wire 4mm as earthing lead

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

M&L Wiring for AC/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.
