M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations of poles,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

The housing should be separate optical and control gear compartment & bottom opening for easy maintenance and of of high quality pressure die cast aluminum with PF 0.95 and THD 10% & Operating temperature: -10°C to + 50°C. Input voltage of 100-300V. Lifetime of 50K hours @L70. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (16-18 Hrs. per day). Note: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for incoming & outgoing cables glands & lugs of size up to 25Sqmm 4 core. M&L, Cleaning the steel tubular poles of 9/11 metres long of any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing of MES No on pole with emulsion black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Stickering of any type of street light pole with A1 graded radium strip of 100mm width three colour red, Yellow and green around the pole with 100mm gap in each strip at a distrance of 1.1 metre high from the ground level complete including white wash to the coping and marking of pole numbers with emulsion black paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs LED driver suitable for 90W street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of 16.5/20.0m long high mast system with the help of suitable equipment tools and plants(crane) and wiring of luminaries with all wiring material and labour.The scope of work includes the following :- a) Dismantling completely the high mast system 20m height b) Checking of wire rope and pulleys c) Lantern carriage luminaries repairing d) Checking of winch motor operation and complete lubrication Notes: 1) The quoted rate is deemed to include for labour charges including crane and minor repairs. 2) Necessary spares which are required will be measured and paid for separetely under relevant items.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 7/19 construction to fix high mast lantren and two point suspention mechanism complete all as speciefed and directed.
