Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided rainforced (rainforcement of cut as required to facilasite demolition etc) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning the septic tanks completely by emptying the liquid, semi solid and solid content including cleaning the inlet, outlet and getting out by using suction pump and filling the foul material in to the covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing, transporting and disposal of the same at a place earmarked for disposal of the foul material by municipal authorities to outside the cantonment area complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. NOTE: Cubic content of filled up portion of septic tank shall be measured for payment purpose

M&L Cleaning of all blockages of any type of sewage line ie branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size, section and depth, any situation by way of cleaning/disludging manholes by using any type either manually, mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding of sewer lines and between successive from block manholes where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping the sewage line functional duly cleaning trap, water closet, soil water/vent pipe, gully traps upto final drop free flow in to out let,septic tanks or central sewage system treatmenting in other adjoining Zone/Area or into sewage well (working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures) equipment as required or applicable and removing the sludge/material and depositing outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. NOTE Approximate quantity required to clean per month in Zone 'D' area as under : (a) 100 mm dia sewage line - 120 Metre (b) 150 mm dia sewage line - 1100 Metre (c) 200 mm dia sewage line - 900 Metre (d) Manholes 1.0 x 1.0 Metre size - 150 Nos (e) Manholes 1.20 x 1.20m size - 80 Nos (f) EWC/IWC, Nahani trap, gully trap, floor traps - 160 Nos.

M&L Cleaning/clearing and Maintenance of sewage lines including CI/PVC stacks, including under ground sewage lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from sewage drain upto and including 300mm bore/ dia by rodding or any other means from manholes to manholes including plugging of manholes temporarily as and when required and flushing with water after cleaning including intermediate manholes. Sludge/sludge water in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off either by carrying the same in covered van or trolley at out side MOD land and burring the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: The operation shall be executed/carried out with any kind of sewage cleaning device such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / Vehicle and cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Clearing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under growth and roots for making approach to septic tanks, arround manholes, manhole to manhole for sewage lines and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres out side the periphery of the area under clerance,etc complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L 100 mm internal dia salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade ‘A’ laid in trenches with cement joints including demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls,built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 metre mean radius built in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width by using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, water troughs, channels inside manholes and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactureres instructions complete all as specified and and directed. Note : - WPC will be paid separetely.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on other than fair face of brick or concrete surface, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound .

M & L Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM (1:4) complete with joints to match etc complete all as specified and and directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mile steel wire non less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips complete all as specified and and directed.

All as per item No 30 here in before but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC ( 1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection / paths laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 10 mm wide grooves to full depth at the junction of wall and plinth protection , at 3 metre interval and every change of direction duly filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight and top 10 mm depth to be sealed with ceiling compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in subbase to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Designer rubber moulded chequerred cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 22mm or 250 x 250 x 22mm thick with mixture of grey and white cemetn in equal porportions with pigments and set and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over a screed bed or bedding layier in 15mm thick CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment (glossy finish) any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Spreading and levelling of Sand/ grit cushioning below interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre cast Machine pressed cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stones and fixing all as per manufacturer instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: size shall be decided and directed by GE

S& F in repairs Salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, square or round mouthed, type `P' 150 x 150mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet 'Orissa' pattern of size 580mm X 440mm, white with integral foot rest and 'P' trap(excluding flushing cistern), but including PVC flush pipe and provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etcand removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid (coloured) ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore UPVC(SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including taking out old pipes complete all as specified and directed.
